Dumon Partners advised SGS, the world's leading testing, inspection and certification company, on the acquisition of a majority stake in NetSentries, a UAE-based cybersecurity and digital assurance specialist serving financial institutions and regulated enterprises across the Middle East and India.

The acquisition further strengthens SGS's Digital Trust capabilities, particularly in cybersecurity, AI assurance, and digital resilience.

In this transaction, the Dumon Partnersi Abu Dhabi office, Ludovic Delpon de Vaux, Partner, acted as legal counsel to SGS, covering the corporate and M&A aspects.
