Managing Partner of Dumon Partners in Morocco, Nadia Kawtar Alaoui has extensive experience in business law and corporate governance, gained within leading Moroccan groups.
She spent five years overseeing the overall legal management of the Azura Group, both in Morocco and across Europe. Prior to that, she served for five years as Legal Counsel within the Al Mada Group, where she contributed to the structuring and supervision of group-wide legal functions.
She began her career in Paris, where she practiced as a business lawyer for 11 years, advising companies and investment funds on complex, high-value corporate transactions, as well as supporting company executives in acquisition, divestment, and management buy-out operations. She also coordinated numerous legal due diligence assignments at both national and international levels.
Her expertise further extends to corporate governance and organizational structuring. In this capacity, she has acted as Secretary to Boards of Directors and as a member of Executive Committees, playing an active role in strategic decision-making processes.
She holds the French Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA, 2004) and a postgraduate degree in management (DESS) from HEC Montréal, reflecting her dual training in law and management.
She works fluently in French and English and has a strong working knowledge of Arabic and Spanish, enabling her to operate effectively in multicultural and international environments.
